While the students in Chicago Public Schools endure another round of PARCC testing, parents who try to opt out could have done what the rich and the powerful do.

Sidwell Friends is where the Obama daughters go to school.

Sidwell says, “In keeping with Quaker tenets, Sidwell Friends School seeks a student body that represents varied economic backgrounds. In 2014-2015, 24% of our students will receive approximately $6,500,000 of financial aid support with an average aid award of $23,714, which covers two-thirds of the average tuition cost.”

And no PARCC.
